Oscar comes to us from Valent Biosciences, where he held the position of Technical Sales Manager. In June 2023, Valent Biosciences acquired FB Sciences, where Oscar, Regional Sales Director dedicated over 11 years to significantly growing sales of proprietary nutrients and bio-stimulants, maintained distribution, overseeing dealer inventory, grower and crop advisor training and education.

Oscar brings a wealth of knowledge in agriculture and 40 years of experience in various sectors including wholesale manufacturing, fertilizer, chemical sales, food processing, and farming potato, alfalfa, corn, and seed crops. Throughout Oscar’s career, he was responsible for sales, training, grower and crop advisor, and dealer relations.

Oscar will be an invaluable addition to the company, and we are confident that his contributions will drive our sales and growth objectives forward.
