We are pleased to announce that Steve Stratton has joined ATP as a Regional Account Manager for the Wisconsin and Illinois area. As ATP continues to expand, this new territory will support retailers and growers in utilizing plant nutrition, biostimulants, and analytical tools to enhance productivity across broad-acre crops.

With over 20 years of experience in the agricultural industry, Steve has an impressive track record in the seed treatment and biological sectors, driving growth and developing new market opportunities. Most recently, Steve was the Agricultural Division Manager at Applied Material Solutions, where he managed operations and achieved substantial growth in the seed treatment sector. His past roles include Account Manager at Incotec Field Crops USA and Territory Manager for Plant Health Care, Inc., where he led initiatives in product development and market expansion.
A native of Northern Illinois and a lifelong “farm kid,” Steve has been immersed in agriculture since childhood. His deep roots in the industry are evident in his extensive network and his passion for helping others succeed. A graduate of Illinois State University with a degree in Agricultural Science, Steve is known for his strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and commitment to advancing agriculture through innovation.
Steve resides in Williams Bay, WI, with his wife Kay and children, Natalie and Ian. Steve enjoys spending his free time outdoors, boating and fishing in the summer, and deer hunting in the fall and winter.
