We’re excited to welcome Brian Bettiga to ATP as our US Western Regional Agronomy Manager. This newly created role focuses on expanding ATP’s support in the rapidly growing plant nutrition and biostimulant market for both the Pacific Northwest and Montana region. The Agronomy Manager role will provide enhanced technical agronomic expertise and elevate the understanding and adoption of plant nutrition, biostimulants and analytical tools across our retail and grower network.
"I am thrilled to be part of an organization that is truly committed to bringing innovative solutions to farmers that address real-world problems such as fertilizer use efficiency and yield degradation. Through education, proper plant nutrition, precise use of biostimulants, and cutting-edge tissue and soil monitoring technology, ATP is driving results at the field level that are helping farms maximize their potential."
Brian has over 20 years of experience in agronomy, crop protection, and biological product sales across the Western United States. Most recently, he served as a Natural Plant Protection Regional Manager at UPL, where he managed a portfolio of natural plant protection products, developed new market opportunities, supported technical and sales teams, and successfully launched biological products into new regions.
Prior to that, he worked as a Technical Service Agronomist supporting product development, field trials, and technical training for growers, retailers, and distribution partners across the U.S.
Brian’s background also includes extensive hands-on experience as a Field Agronomist and PCA, where he built strong grower relationships, developed crop management programs, coordinated chemical and fertilizer applications, and ensured regulatory compliance.
In addition to his sales and technical expertise, he has experience implementing precision agriculture technologies, utilizing data platforms and aerial imagery, along with supporting operational logistics.
His combination of field knowledge, technical credibility, and proven sales performance makes him exceptionally well-suited for this new role. We are excited that Brian will be able to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact on the Western US business.
On a personal note, Brian and his wife, Jennifer, live in Blackfoot, Idaho, with their 22-year-old son, Anthony, and 17-year-old daughter, Elizabeth. When Brian isn’t working, he likes to enjoy spending as much time as possible with his family, hunting, fishing, exploring the wilderness, working in his shop, and smoking briskets! Playing with the family’s Corgis is pretty high on Brian’s list as well.
