Oscar has held key positions with several agricultural companies, most recently Valent Biosciences and FBSciences, where he excelled as a Technical Sales Manager and Regional Sales Director, respectively. In these roles, he was instrumental in growing sales of plant nutrition and biostimulant products across the Pacific Northwest, Northern California, and parts of the Midwest. His responsibilities included working with retailers and growers, conducting agronomic training, and managing field trials and third-party research.

In addition to his work in plant nutrition and biostimulants, Oscar has a strong background in agchem sales, having served as a Crop Advisor and Sales Manager at various companies such as Absorbent Technologies, Aquatrols, and Horizon Ag-Product. His efforts in these roles involved training crop advisors and growers, setting up field demonstrations, and improving distribution channels.

Oscar’s hands-on farming experience, coupled with his technical expertise in plant nutrition and biostimulants makes him an asset to our team. He holds a WA Statewide Consultant’s License and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics with a minor in Agronomy from Washington State University.
